  1. Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water.

  3. Add 2-3 ounces of carrier oil in it.
  4. Now start soaking yourself in the bathtub.
  5. 10-15 minutes of bath is enough.
  6. Now get out of the bathtub and rinse the oil off your body through using soap and lukewarm water.
